One of many questions to ask a photographer

In those days of old, in the UK we stole a custom of throwing flowers over a newly married couple from Italy. It was meant to bring Fertility to the couple in their new union. However, us Brits decided that we were going to change this, we threw rice! Yes, rice, perhaps the midwinter didn’t allow us to pick flowers or it was the British version of fertility. Whatever the reason we should be happy that these days confetti comes in all shapes and sizes, colours and textures, and you can still buy natural petals, which remain the most popular type, and certainly the most Vicar- and venue-friendly!

Here I’m at St Michael’s Church In Hamworthy where the happy couple were successfully covered head to toe in a biodegradable paper. Don’t you just love to see to see the look of surprise on a couple’s face?[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”7047″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
