He captured the day beautifully
As a wedding photographer myself, it was so important for me, and my now wife to feel comfortable on our wedding day.
Photographing another photographer’s wedding can be daunting, but Nathan took it all in his stride.
He captured the day beautifully, with a strong combination of reportage and posed images, and his creativity shone through.
Nathan listened to exactly what were were looking for, and he exceeded our expectations on the day. More importantly, we all enjoyed his company on the day.
Nathan was hands down one of the best things about our wedding
Nathan was hands down one of the best things about our wedding. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish- recommending other suppliers to us, being incredibly calming, and even making sure I didn’t keel over from lack of food on the day! He slotted in so well and we’ve had so many comments from all of our guests about how kind and funny he was, and to top it off, our photos are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for everything Nathan!
Nathan was much more than a photographer
Choosing a photographer isn’t a decision we made lightly. We were looking for someone that we liked artistically, but also on a personal basis. You spend so much time with your photographer on your wedding day, and they witness/capture some really intimate moments. We wanted someone that we trusted to produce beautiful images of our day, so that it was forever frozen in time. We wanted to capture the natural shots, but also have someone who could guide us through the posed ones. We met Nathan at a wedding fayre, and instantly liked him. We continued to look around though, because as I said, this wasn’t a choice we made lightly! However, no one matched up to Nathan. Nathan was impeccable from the day we first met him all the way to the end. We had several postponements due to covid, and Nathan was gracious and understanding throughout. We had an engagement shoot with him, where he was happy to include our children, and these came out beautifully. We knew in this moment we had made a great choice. Fast forward to on the day, Nathan was much more than a photographer. He kept me informed on timings throughout the day, and what was happening next – without your phone or watch it’s all a bit of a blur! He even whipped out a lighter and lit the candles on our cheese ‘cake’ table as someone had forgot! Nathan was patient when we needed him to be, he was bubbly and enthusiastic with our guests – in fact we had many comments from guests about how great our photographer was! Nothing was too much trouble. Nathan even managed to spot a rainbow, and grabbed us for one of my favourite shots of the day! I will treasure our photos forever. Thank you for being amazing Nathan, and I wish you all the best in your career. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend you!
He was always in place to get the right shot.
Nathan is brilliant. We hired him after he did my sisters wedding back in 2021 and did an amazing job. He did a great job for our wedding in every way. The photographs provided were all amazing, and we and our guests loved having him around on the day. He was always in place to get the right shot. He also gave good directions on posing for a photos and was able to make us laugh and relax, which was useful for us as we don’t usually pose for photos

brilliant with the children
What a wonderful and friendly photographer! brilliant with the children and adults! fun, relaxing and in control of any random situation which may occur. instead of hiring a photographer, we had a laugh with a friend and felt so at ease. but at the same time, Nathan and Co always held the utmost professional aura about them as they worked. originally booked a different photographer
We had originally booked a different photographer for our wedding but changed to Nathan after seeing him in action at another wedding we were at! And what a great decision this was! Nathan was great on the day, he made sure he spent enough time to get those photos that you dream of looking back on but a the same time we felt that we had plenty of time with family friends and each other! The end result? Outstanding a huge amount of photos all finished to the highest standard! We will enjoy looking back on them for years to come!

Nathan photographed our wedding a few years ago, followed by our trash the dress shoot, then one of best friends weddings, and very recently my brother’s wedding in Conwy. he is without a doubt fantastic!!!! he is always very professional, great fun and really great at getting people to relax and look their best in pictures. I’ve been to lots of weddings over the years and Nathan is the best photographer I’ve come across. He has an incredible manner, always gets everyone grinning from ear to ear, always in the right place at the right time, and never in the way (in that annoying way that some photographers have!). Nathan was patient and attentive
WOW!!!! What can I say…. Our friends got married in 2014 & after we took a look at his work we instantly fell in love with it all. Not only is Nathan a professional and talented photographer he was an absolute pleasure to be around. He made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire day ensuring that we and our guests enjoyed every moment of all our efforts we had worked so hard towards throughout the year.
Everything we had discussed and arranged prior to the wedding was evident in the photos and we couldn’t have asked for any more. He produced the most beautiful pictures, capturing very intimate and emotional moments of the day for all the family. He was fantastic with children and very creative. Having a large family, Nathan was patient and attentive to our needs and grasped every opportunity to make sure everyone was included and no one was left out.

What a guy! Nathan had a big challenge when we booked him up for our wedding. The bride being hyper and not really wanting to stay still for very long and a groom who would rather be anywhere than in front of the lens didn’t give him an easy start. That would have been hard enough but just for the fun of it the weather on the big day decided to not go to plan, the sky darkened as the clouds rolled in and as the clouds do best, it rained. Not an easy gig for anyone and yet without fail Nathan was spot on, getting lots of fun shots and some serious ones where we stayed still and remembered to smile! Nathan had us laughing, feel relaxed and made the whole experience fun while capturing the day for us. But wait theirs more, Nathan used the rain (the rain which I really didn’t want on our wedding day) to his advantage, he took some shots where he silhouetted us and allowed the flash to bounce off the rain like tiny gems falling all around us like confetti. I mean wow! I am now so soooo glad it rained as that is my favourite picture of the day.
But the icing on the cake was getting some photos of our nephew, a three-year-old who outdid me with not wanting to stay still. Nathan knew exactly what to do to keep him focused and smiling, in fact, he made us all smile and created some wonderful family photos.
The cherry on top happened later when I somehow managed to delete some of our wedding photos from our digital album. I still don’t know how, but seconds after emailing Nathan, the solution to get them back was in motion. Before the day was done I had all our wedding photos back. Amazing, even after the wedding Nathan would go out if his way to help us, I’m sure he had many other wedding photos to edit, but there he was helping me out without a delay.
If you want someone who can cope with madness (we walked out to one of their hits!) and is up for anything (we did climb trees!) Nathan is the man for the job, nothing is too much or too hard for him. I stand by what I said… What a guy!
