HISTORY, HYSTERIA, AND ZERO POSING. Ross & Sarah at Silchester Farm.
They didn’t want a “wedding.” They wanted a history-themed party in a barn. From the sword fighting (yes, really) to the absolute carnage on the dancefloor, this day was the perfect definition of “Unscripted.” No stiff group shots, just great light, loud music, and two people having the best day of their lives. Connor and India’s Viking-themed wedding at Ashley Wood Farm in Somerset, UK, combined tradition and modernity for a unique and enchanting celebration. The rustic décor, handfasting ceremony, and Viking-inspired feast paid homage to Norse culture, while the rainbow-coloured bridesmaid dresses, bridesman, and best girl showcased inclusivity and individuality. This unforgettable event celebrated the couple’s love and passion for history with a contemporary twist.
