So, the ‘I dos’ have been said, the cake has been eaten, and now it’s time to relive all those special moments through your wedding photos. Before you dive into your gallery, here are the nitty-gritty details to keep things running smoothly.
1. Gallery Access
Your online gallery will be available for viewing within 12 months after the gallery publication. A secure login will be provided to you and anyone you’d like to share it with. An extension to the gallery service will be offered for a nominal fee at the end of this period.
2. Usage Rights
The photographs are for personal, non-commercial use only. Feel free to share them on social media, print them for your home, or include them in personal projects—just don’t sell them or use them for commercial purposes, this includes those thousands offered by Hello magazine for a feature or the other suppliers hounding you for photos. Please send them directly to me and I will speak to the suppliers personally.
3. Copyright Information
Copyright of all images remains the property of Libra Photographic. We may use some photos for marketing purposes, portfolio updates, or social media. If you’d rather we didn’t, just give us a nudge and let us know.
4. Photo Retention
Your photos will be available in the gallery for 12 months. After that, we remove all but the marketing images used by Libra Photographic. If you’d like an extension to your cloud storage let us know.
5. Downloads and Quality
High-resolution images are available for download. We recommend downloading and backing them up as soon as possible because we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged files after they’ve been downloaded.
6. Prints and Additional Products
Fancy a canvas print or a fine art photo album? You can order these directly from your gallery. They’ll be top-notch, promise!
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your gallery is password-protected, and you control who gets to see it.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be sent to you for approval.
