MTB engagement shoot, a Stoppy and no bloody nose

I had been looking forward to today’s pre wedding shoot on Branksome beach for a while. The weather was perfect and I knew the couple, Bex and Rob would be up for virtually anything, considering Bex’s Pinterest portfolio!

I met Bex many years ago just after she graduated from University with a 1st in Photography, she has even came along and second shot for me on occasion so she knows her way around a camera. When she and Rob decided that their wedding photographer was to be me I was honoured. Now Rob…. Rob is responsible for me spending a lot of money in a certain bike shop. He is a sponsored rider and as such we had to get his bike in the shot somehow. Bex sent me an image of a guy performing a stoppy while kissing. I decided to take it one step further and make him do it on a bridge. He succeeded, and in fact was pretty awesome!

Bikes away and we took a stroll onto the beach where a comedy dog, Charlie, decided to photobomb! Personally I love the photo, see if you can spot it.

I’m certainly looking forward to their wedding next April and I know we are going to have some major fun on the day.

Thanks Bex and Rob for putting in the effort, I really think it was worth it.
